Kestrel is an informational tool. Nothing on this website, including security scores, findings, labels, and token information, constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional security advice. You should do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any decision.
2. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
Reports are generated automatically from public blockchain data and third-party sources such as Solana RPC providers and Jupiter. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. A high score does not mean a wallet or token is safe, and a low score does not mean it is malicious. Kestrel cannot detect every threat and does not analyse smart-contract code.
3. Digital asset risk
Crypto assets are volatile and carry a risk of total loss, including from scams, exploits, smart-contract bugs, and market movements. Transactions on Solana are irreversible. You are solely responsible for your assets, keys, and actions.
4. No custody, no wallet access
Kestrel never asks you to connect a wallet, sign a message, or share a seed phrase or private key. We never hold, move, or control your funds. If any site or person claiming to be Kestrel asks for these, it is not us. Do not comply.
5. Third-party services and links
Kestrel links to third-party services such as Solscan and relies on third-party data. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. Kestrel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, Jupiter, or Solscan.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kestrel and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of funds or profits, arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
7. Eligibility and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Kestrel complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you. The service is not directed at any person or jurisdiction where its use would be prohibited.
8. Privacy
Wallet addresses you submit are public blockchain data. They are sent to our server solely to generate your report and are not linked to a personal identity or stored in a database by the application. Standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics may be recorded by our hosting provider.

We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated version.
